Tara's cookbook has been the best thing to happen to me for a long time. When I cook from it, I feel like she's there in the kitchen with me, walking me through each step, explaining the reason for each ingredient, mentoring me. I've tried several of her recipes so far and they've instantly become some new favorites among my family and friends. They're surprisingly easy to replicate while still getting me out of my comfort zone and trying new things. The Thai Meatball Golden Coconut Curry and the Cheese-and-Herb Potato Gratin have really elevated our dinners lately. I can't recommend this book enough!
