Heat oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a metal cooling rack on top of the foil.
Lay bacon slices on the cooling rack, you can put them very close together.
In a small bowl mix together the maple syrup, sriracha and chopped pecans. Brush about half the mixture on the bacon and cook bacon, basting every 5 minutes with the maple mixture, until crisp and glossy, about 20 minutes total.
Remove bacon using tongs or a spatula and place on a piece of parchment paper to cool slightly. They may stick together if you pile them on a platter too soon. You can serve warm or room temperature.
Notes
• Don't pile hot bacon on a platter, let it cool a bit and then transfer to a serving plate. If hot bacon is stacked it will stick together.
