Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment; set aside
In a mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 min. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda. Stir into butter mixture. Fold in chopped pecans.
Spoon 1½-inch balls of dough onto baking sheets and bake until golden, about 15 min.
The perfect cookie for a cookie jar! Even better for dunking!
