The Perfect Way To Grill Pork Tenderloin With Honey & Goat Cheese
The key to not overcooking grilled tenderloin is to use a meat thermometer. It's juicy, fast, and delicious served with goat cheese, rosemary and honey.
Combine garlic powder, coriander, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Rub all over tenderloin and let sit for 30 min.
Drizzle tenderloin with olive oil and grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until internal temperature is 130°F, 18 to 20 min. Allow tenderloin to rest 5 min (internal temperature will continue to rise to 145°F). Slice and place on a platter.
Top tenderloin with goat cheese and rosemary, then drizzle with honey.
Notes
I like grill pork tenderloin to 130ºF at its thickest point. The intense heat from the grill will cause the tenderloin to be very hot on the outside and the carry-over cooking will raise the temperature to about 145ºF before you slice it.The grilled pork tenderloin temperature should be between 140ºF and 145ºF and will be safe to eat. You'll have a crisp, grilled outside and a juicy, pink inside.Try my other pork recipes: Pork Chops with Grape and Walnut QuinoaNorth Carolina Pulled Pork
