Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and insert sticks. If desired, you can add extra mandarin segments to the molds before pouring in the smoothie. Freeze until solid, remove from molds (or keep in the molds if they are the cool silicon push pop kind!) and serve or store in a ziptop bag in the freezer.
Each smoothie pop recipe makes 3 ½ to 4 cups that you can use to fill the pop molds. The frozen treats are a healthy snack at breakfast, after school or for a mid-day pick-me-up!
