These oven-baked Party Nachos are crisp and cheesy; they’re made for entertaining a large crowd! Make a delicious spread for your next gathering with easy nacho bar ideas. You can also make this sheet-pan recipe with leftover proteins and veggies for a quick weeknight meal.
5cups (48-ounces)shredded cheesefreshly grated for best results
1(15-ounce) canblack beansdrained
½cup white onionfinely chopped
½cuppickled jalapeñosoptional
Toppings
Seasoned cooked meator additional beans*
Sour cream,guacamole, and salsa*
Chopped cilantro,scallions, and olives*
Instructions
Heat oven to 350° F. Line two large rimmed baking sheets (half sheet pans) with foil. Arrange half of the chips on pans and top with some cheeses, beans, onion, and jalapeño. Repeat layers for two to three layers total. (These can be assembled up to one hour before baking.)
Working with one sheet at a time, bake until cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes. While nachos bake, place all of your additional toppings and garnishes in individual serving bowls.
Instruct guests to serve themselves from the nacho pan and dress their nachos as desired with assorted toppings. Heat the second pan as the first for fresh, hot nachos.
