Cheese! Let's celebrate one of my favorite foods with these cheese lover's snacks and hacks. Nothing says delicious, quite like melted cheese!
Melty mozzarella inside soft pizza dough goes right into the waffle iron to create these tasty snacks.
I use store-bought salsa, and spruce it up with some fresh fruit for a fun dip. You'll love these as an after-school snack, game day nibble, or movie night treat.
If you can't find frozen Mozzarella Bites at the grocery store already prepared, you can make your own with my simple recipe linked below. Keep them on hand for this great snack.
Mozzarella Waffle Bites
Frozen, cooked Mozzarella Bites are usually baked in the oven to reheat them, but I threw mine in the waffle iron, and oh my goodness the perfection!!

Cheese Lover's Snack
I love the Mozzarella Bites from the freezer section. (If you can't find them make your own Mozzarella bites!) I can't leave well enough alone and love to spruce things up just a little, and other than waffling these little cheese dreams, I made a fruit salsa to go with them. Try more delicious fruit salsa recipes.
Typically I bake or microwave these and dip them in marinara. But for a summer party, graduation gathering or shower these come hot off the presses from the waffle iron and the salsa makes them a little more special.
I simply cut up some summer peaches and red onion and added them to store bought chunky salsa. An easy hack to spruce up a store bought favorite.
